Paul Wexler has an extensive litigation background encompassing corporate, securities and general business litigation. Paul has represented a number of attorneys and other professionals in disputes involving the dissolution of professional firms. He has also counseled attorneys and law firms with respect to ethical issues raised by mergers and dissolution of law firms.
