Paul Wexler
Paul Wexler is a co-founder of the firm. His extensive litigation experience encompasses corporate, securities and general business litigation. Paul has represented a number of attorneys and other professionals in disputes involving the dissolution of professional firms. He has also counseled attorneys and law firms with respect to ethical issues raised by mergers and dissolution of law firms. He was previously associated with the firms of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Gordon Hurwitz Butowsky Baker Weitzen & Shalov.
Paul is admitted in New York State, as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has been a member of the Federal Courts Committee of the New York State Bar Association and a number of committees of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, including the Professional Responsibility Committee, the Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics and the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction.
Paul is a 1973 cum laude graduate of New York University Law School, where he was an editor of the N.Y.U. Law Review and recipient of the Order of the Coif. He is also a 1968 graduate of the City College of the City University of New York.
